Favorite Foodie Spots

I have been trying new restaurants lately all around Denver in my ever present quest to find my favorite places to eat and to try new things. Tonight I went to GB Fish & Chips with Jason after work. Cool list. I'll have to try out some of those when I can afford them (especially the Asian ones, they sound great).

I think the problem with picking the best Mexican food is we actually have so much variety within that category: American-Mexican, New Mexico style, modern style, Baja style. On the other hand, it's hard to go wrong with any of them.

Since you seem in the know, do you by chance know anywhere good for Indian food? My brother and I have been searching, but so far we've been mostly disappointed.

You know, the only outright Indian Food restaurant I've tried is actually a few doors down from Thai Pot on Colorado Boulevard. I think it's called Royal India or something like that. It's really basic with all the standards like curries and masala. That's the only place I've tried in Denver, and it's pretty good, if not average. :)

(Nice thing about a lot of the Asian restaurants is that they're less expensive than some of my choices, except for Domo during dinner.)

Interesting. I've driven by Tacos Jr many times but never thought it might be that good. I'll have to give it a try sometime.
