Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: Yep. If so, what is its level/strength/aptitude? Again, probably zero. He's a "super soldier" (the result of an experiment) but has no magic. In fact, he kind of hates it so he tends to keep his distance from magical types. Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea? Yes.
Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: Yep! If so, what is its level/strength/aptitude? Xigbar is fairly apt with magic, but the actual number of spells he has is limited. Mostly, he deals with elemental magic (fire, wind, thunder, etc) and darkness, but his main area of expertise is spatial manipulation. In canon, he defies gravity, changes the shape of the battlefield multiple times, directs the path of his bullets any way he wants, and in sirenspull, he made an infinite loop for a short period so...there are a lot of applications for this. He can also summon his Arrowguns any times he wants and shoot magical lasers from them. Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea? Possibly? He might have stumbled upon it while doing recon in the Olympus Coliseum world (the Disney version of Greece re: the movie Hercules). Hades exists there so he might have taken some time to read up on Greek mythology.

Sure, go for it. Yosuke has wind magic, some physical spells, and a bit of healing ability. But he's low level in all of them at the moment, and he can't perform them without calling on Jiraiya...which is sort of like an extra part of his personality in the form of a legend. It's hard to explain, but anyway, he's no magical badass yet.
As for knowing who Caster is? Haha, nope. He wouldn't even know if she did tell him her true name, so there's not much fun to be had there. Whoops.
Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: Well, Griffin doesn't have any magic in him. However, he is... well, what I'm gonna call human plus. I think he would read like a mutant in X-Men.
If so, what is its level/strength/aptitude?: Well, he's really good at the teleporting. He can basically Jump anything as long as it isn't tethered to the ground. He was one of the top Jumpers in his world.
Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea?: He would know that it's a Greek myth, but beyond that, no.
Can Caster sense your magic level, resistance strength, or potential?: Fai is the 4th strongest mage in CLAMP-verse, so she can definitely sense him - he doesn't hide his abilities at all, here. Rather than give the long speil here, please check out his Permissions Post as well.
If so, what is its level/strength/aptitude?: Insanely powerful, even though his magic is halved right now, he still has enough to collapse and destroy an entire planet - AFTER having a magical duel.
Does your character know about the Greek legend of Medea? Nope.
