OMG, when I wiki'd adequate consideration, my eyes almost crossed from the sheer boredom. I tried to be fair to Stacey and tell myself she probably thinks science is boring (which, frankly, is incomprehensible to me) but...ye gods, law is yawn-inducing.

Apparently, this lawyerin' stuff isn't nearly as complicated as people are always making it out to be.
