bank of america is more incompetant than ever
they were supposed to fedex overnight an atm card for my dad which we never got. mom and i were on our southwest tour through arizona, new mex and utah. my mom's best friend lily came by the condo twice in search for the package but it never arrived

Wells Fargo sucks too. They returned my paycheck which put me in overdraft hell and a complete panick that my boss was broke. Turns out someone on the back end keyed in the account number wrong and ...... yep. 100% bank error. Full reversal of fees.
