....but have any of you watched Fringe? I got a call last night from my scion of celluloid taste, and he said we should check it out. I have to listen to his wisdom, since he made us start watching Battlestar Galactica

Fringe was AMAZING! You need to watch it! It's like Alias meets MIB minus the aleins...or something like that. I think you would enjoy it.

Fringe has a guy from "The Wire" in it, so that's something. But it looks like an X-Files knockoff without the good things X-Files had, which was the Mulder/Skully characters (otherwise it was just a silly monster movie most weeks) and perhaps more importantly the overarching "government conspiracy" storyline.

But I probably haven't liked a network drama since... X-Files, and I was 14 at the time, so there you go.
