The agents have very little to do with the pricing as if a house doesn't sell in their contracted time the client moves on to another agent, so they sometimes even put pressure on the owners. People just need to learn to make a final offer and walk away..... the asians are coming, and their going to eat your soul..... soooo wasted right now.
