very true, but if you read the article it states that it's like a $100 fine and no jail time. and that there were only like 17 citations given out for it all last year cuz they don't care... basically legal.

that is a horrible idea. lets just get it legalized here, and there wont be any need for pricy u-hauls or any packing or anything. that is the true stoner way. just sit around and wait, it will come, just like the pizza delivery guy. but until he gets there, smoke a bowl.
