Whenever I don't post on LJ for a while - and this is probably the longest I've ever gone; nearly two weeks! - I feel like I need to apologise/explain, but I don't know if people even notice this kind of thing? I've still been around, reading every day and commenting here and there, but I guess because I've been in a bit of a fannish slump I haven'

THANKS FOR BREAKING MY SPIRIT, SKINSYeah, this...pretty much sums it up. I'm a glutton for punishment though, and still harbour hopes that the movie will a) get off the ground b) all my favorites will be in it and c) won't choke on great volcanic plumes of awful. Oh man, I don't even have the mental energy to think about the Skins movie. I'll watch it, obviously, but right now I have more hope that the American version of Skins will turn out well, and that says it all
