10:00am this morning...

An elderly client walks in requesting a review of his policies. Alright. I take him into the conference room where he's got all his policies laid out. About halfway into our session, he gets this look of discomfort on his face, and appears to be moving his tongue around in his mouth. I guess as people age (along with losing body parts), they just don't seem to care for or what's appropriate or not. This guy probably didn't think anything of it.

I've been sick and dealing with other unpleasantness. Only lately have I had the energy to do anything.

My can of Lysol wipes stays at my desk no matter what. Especially since I have to shake so many clients' hands.

Oh I know, I know. It's easier said than done. I've been an agent for almost 7 years, hold 2 licenses. I've got way too much experience in this field. I don't know what else I could do that doesn't require me going back to school.
