Okay I do have all the files on the external harddrive. Assuming my computer comes back tonight I can probably get them up this evening. If not early next week.

It's definitely not a problem to replace them. Just hang in there for a little but and hopefully my computer will be an amazing fortress against malware when I finally get it back so this won't happen again.

(Man that was a run-on sentance.)
