Have you ever truely felt hate?

I've had this hate inside me for at least 2 years now...maybe longer. It's been simmering below the surface. Perhaps it stems from the person for which it is directed, perhaps from my own insecurities, perhaps both. As time passes, as more interactions with this person take place, my hate is fueled. i'm sure that i have, but i just have chosen to keep it to myself...and eventually it just kind of disappears. tough one.
