Sigh.

I do applaud friend-guy's integrity and how he protested the ST's ham-handed lameness.

Somebody needs a boot to the head.

Well, he originally started the LARP with five more players than he ended up with. Ironically they composed a nomadic pack that was settling in, but half their members were couples, which spells obvious doom right off the bat. One of the coupled members never once showed up to play and the female half of the other couple kept hitting on everyone exhaustively in front of her live-in boyfriend, especially me. With that girl constantly breaking character and making physical contact with my hypochondriac character, I was relieved to see her go on several levels. Within two games that whole pack group had vanished, thus thoroughly unravelling whatever plot the ST had originally planned for playing us against each other. His method of improv sucked though, no doubt; especially considering he had two weeks between each game (three with this last session) to hammer something out ( ... )

I honestly don't think he gives a damn about my character motivations in almost any scenario

Right there is what I would consider one of the most glaring marks of a bad GM/ST.
