He's talking about the storyline tournament in Massachusetts. No one cares about MACE.

By Mass., I mean the Massachussets 9/11 Charity tournament that they've done for the past couple of years - this year, it's Oct. 30 (This is what I mean by the Feeding Hills tournament.)

Off-topic: What the hell kind of a name is that for a town? It sounds like some evil place.
