...vanilla ice-cream with hot berries...yum. Yeah, I`m pigging out. Come to think of berries, it`s a pity I don`t get to pick cloudberries this year. Nothing beats hot cloudberries with whipped cream, or ice-cream. They`re damned expensive to buy, but I know of some places where they grow as big as strawberries(well, almost;). Ahh, sounds so inspiring...tho....what on earth are 'cloudberries' .... never ever heard of them. You havn't been sipping at berry wine have you now??? hehe

They are big, orange and delicious. Cloudberris grow mainly in wetlands, on small plants that takes ages to mature enough to carry the berries. Or so I`ve heard. They are raspberry-shaped, sort of, but bigger and tastes completely different. The finns make a liquor called Lakka from them. But I prefer them fresh.
