to keep my LJ blog or not

My livejournal blog has been up since April 1, 2004, but the last post I made in it was January 10, 2011, with usually only a couple posts a month as of late. I find most of my ramblings have been via twitter or facebook. I use to use loudtwitter to have a daily digest of my tweets sent to my blog here but it of course died last summer right around the end of ACB convention 2010. I've wanted to import my LJ blog just like I want to import all 10,000 plus tweets I've made on twitter but not sure how to go about doing this. In twitter's case, it's sad but I don't think twitter will even let you retrieve any more than the most recent 3,200 tweets, how boring! I do hope that I can keep an offline record of both this blog and maybe my twitter postings for future posterity. I mean after all I lost all my early written journals from the 90's, I don't want to lose my digital ramblings if possible. So consider this the last comment in your blog, and hopefully I can maybe do the same to mine, maybe.
