so last nite i auditioned for bob II along w/some other kewl ppl...went really well not my strongest but it was good...hopefully i'll get a callback...but neway i decided to change my nyssma song bc it is too hard to get done in a short amount of time ..murph said u need months and months to perfect that thing so im in a rut murph suggested pieta

Honestly, if you're truly cut out for All-State, what might hold you back is sightreading. If you really deserve to go, you should get no more than one point off your solo no matter what it is, and besides your score out of 100, the All-State judges have to rank each singer they heard in order for their recommendations. If I sang a more challenging song than you on the same voice part and we both got the same score, my 100 would be ranked higher than yours, and I'd have a stronger chance at getting into All-State when my recommendation is sent to the conference where the panel decides who will make the All-State Mixed/Women's Chorus
