Not much has changed, but I'm feeling good lately. Progress in karate has been slow because I have not been practicing. I cut back my hours at work because I was unhappy and wanted to leave more energy for elsewhere in my life. I'm back at work after being sick for around a week. It's a bit hard to get back into a routine. -P-
