Jason is idling his way up the stairs when Donovan's scent hits him, and his attention is immediately on the swan king. There's a faint smirk as he stops, waiting for Donovan to pass him.

"Donovan...didn't know you were coming for a visit," he says amiably.

"Not so much an official visit," Donovan says, pleasantly. "Just popping by because I have nothing else to do at the moment."

Donovan Reece is almost always busy, but that doesn't keep him from pretending to be at leisure.

Jason snorts. "Must be a nice life." Even being a swan it must be good to be the king.

There's a slight snicker as he asks, "Where'd you fly in from?"

"Nowhere special," Donovan says. "I just came swanning in here."
