Slips out of her usual miniskirt outfit into pj pants decorated with cute penguins and a plain white tank, then proceeds to start winding tape around her hands, preparing to train a little.]Soooooo... [HEY THERE HOUSEMATE :D Shuffling through the house, grabbing things people have left laying around and throwing them out an open window in her usual fit of cleaning fury.] Why are all humans so messy?

[Pauses in her practice as she hears someone muttering outside her room. She hasn't really met her housemates yet, so she opens her door and peeks out. Gives her housemate a bright grin.]

[Not expecting the second door in the laundry room to open, she pauses mid-grab and whirls to face the supposed interloper.] Who are you?

[Blinks when the girl whirls around so suddenly. Ooooooo-kay, someone's high strung. Smiles though, and sticks out her hand.]

I'm Buffy Giles. I got here a few days ago. And you are...?

Nasties, huh...Aside from that crazy guy causin' trouble right now, I'm not too sure.

[Pauses mid-punch, catching the bag as it swings back her way, and smiles.]

Hey Haseur- [Stops, because that's not right... but it's what's stuck in her mind.] Heya. I guess I'm just making sure there aren't any surprises. I ran into two ghosts the other day. At least, that's what I think they were. [Wrinkles her nose at the memory.]

...Yannow, a while back, when there was another 'me' hanging around Template, I got nicknamed Sunshine just so that we could tell each other apart. I still use the nickname sometimes - well, it hasn't been as frequently, but still. If it's easier to pronounce, then go right ahead.

Two ghosts, huh? Jeez, that can't be good.

[Grins brightly at the nickname, because- totally something Buffy can remember!.]

Sunshine? That's awesome. Besides, puts you firmly in the non-vampire category, since, you know, they burst into flames in sunshine. Not to say that your vampire-ness was in the question in the first place.

Yeah, it was pretty wiggy. I don't really like ghosts. Can't stake them.

Unless by nasties you mean to include murderers as well.

Nothing? I dunno, I've seen ghosts at last once, as well as a walking turtle. [Granted, Donnie's pretty kick butt, but still- not of the norm.] Considering this place is supposed to be like, the meeting place for a whole bunch of different places plus there's a bunch of post-death people here, gotta be something for me to do.

[Frowns at the mention of the murderer, this Joker guy. She's still not sure what to do on that front.]

[Nods, going back to her punching bag and practice.]

[Wrinkles her nose at the memory.] Yeah. They said they were yuri or something, which I remember my friend Xander liked a lot. I think it's supposed to be girl on girl action from Japan.

[Just. Stares.] I have no idea what you're talking about. But if you want girl-on-girl action I'm sure you could... find some?

Eww!!!! [Immediate recoil action, and a shocked and disgusted look at Riku.] That's totally gross! [Shudders and makes a grossed out sound.]

[Wrinkles her nose.] That sounds like one of the two that I ran into. She was ranting about blood, so I went to check it out. [Pauses, aims a few blows at the bag.] She definitely registered on my spidey sense, gave me wiggins all around.

[Laughs, stepping back and eying the bag critically.]

Can't hurt. I found this when someone apparently threw it out. Not the quality training equipment I'm used to, but hey. It works!
