Prime Video has greenlighted Countdown, a thriller drama series from One Chicago veteran Derek Haas, with Supernatural alum Jensen Ackles attached to star. The project, from Amazon MGM Studios, has received a rare for a streaming series 13-episode order.

I just read that announcement. How very exciting. That must be the series he has been talking about that he would be working on this summer. I suspect we'll get to see this sometime 2025. Can't wait. It will be interesting to see who else is cast in this series. It would be cool if they cast Jared in one of the roles. Have him do something so completely different than what he has done in the past. Wishful thinking, I know, but you never know. We can always hope.

That's such exciting news! I wondered what Jensen was up to and if he had any new shows in the works. I plan on watching it and hope it's a great success!
