Thanks for sharing your con memories, I love reading about other people's experiences. I love the prank Jared and Jensen pulled on Rich about Jason taking over the emcee work, they are so naughty! And well done on asking Rich about it. I also love the 'motel' costume complete with starburst clock and green ice box!

Last thing first - we had an awesome waitress in a Chicago diner just like that but this was in the gay quarter near our city hotel, after the convention, so I'm assuming it's not the same place. But it's good to know there are at least two great old fashioned diners like that in Chicago!

It's awesome that you know the Motel Room cosplayers! I saw some tweets about it and was delighted to see it won because how ingenious!

It was Chicon 2010 I went to - my one and only trip to the US.

That's a great write up - you got a good selection of guests. I must admit to having a very large soft spot for David Haydn-Jones. I think he's wonderful, and as I've got to know him, Ketch has grown on me accordingly.

Interesting that Mark has instructed his agent regarding the Spn work!
