Coming from a family that doesn't celebrate Christmas - the whole thing just makes me WTF majorly. But your post is reminding me that I REALLY need to watch this show - it looks fabulous. And yay for getting paychecks in the mail! :D

Lol, what bit made you WTF? The idea of parents brainwashing kids into believing in a fake mythical being? Because IDGI either. And we don't really celebrate Christmas- well, aside from giving presents, lol. But that's not the real meaning of Christmas, the whole religious aspect...I guess we celebrate the commercial side more than anything!

WATCH LEVERAGE. I haven't seen it either, lol, but that banner made me squee so hard! JUST AS THE PAYCHECK DID! I was totally not expecting it to arrive so quickly- I thought that Centerlink would wuss out but nope, a few days later, there it was! \o/

The whole thing, really. People put fake presents under the tree? And decorate pinecones? The whole process just makes me go WTF. xDD It's that way for most people though it would seem. Most kids don't really care about the religious aspect, and neither do most parents. xD

My brother has been egging me on to watch it, so with your recommendation I might start. (If he recs me something, I need a second opinion. LOL.) And there is almost NOTHING more exciting than getting a package early, I totally agree. (I'll ignore my paycheck if there's a package in the mail too. Tbh.)
