i bought a pad thai box mix at the store earlier in the week. i was so excited for it, and it turned out to be pretty bad. color me dissapointed.

kelsey and i tried to make one of these once. we are not bad cooks but it ended up tasting like dogfood. pad thai is way better from scratch. the boxed version: thumbs down.

that boxed pad thai stuff isn't good unless you really know what youre doing and add other stuff to the mix. when caroline and i made some, we were colored the most vibrant tone of dissapointment. seriously, pad thai is not supposed to taste like dog food.

yeah, see, i think it might have been better to add like some chicken and vegatables and stuff to it. but i thought that like all that came in the box, so i didn't have anything at my house to go with it, and just figured it would be fine on its own. but no no no it wasn't.
