Just passed my final subjects and got an offer for honours! I'm so happy - I ended up with a 72% average which is better than what I needed. Very glad!

Please explain what getting an offer for honors means? Also, is 72% a good grade?

Honours means I've done well enough to be invited to do a postgraduate course. It's very competitive and you need good grades to get in. And yes, 72% is a good grade, it's rare for anyone to get a grade over 80%, and the average is around 60%
