Femme!Joker is canon, though...some Elseworld Joker was a woman. And still in love with Harley.

Elseworlds aren't canon; they're Elseworlds. :P I know Tangent Joker was a girl, but I don't think there was a Tangent Harley, so I guess that's something different.
