Thought I would share this, it's another Dalek but crochet, from another LJ friend. The pattern is free and Shigella posted her dalek on esty in 2007.

Thanks! I saw a crochet pattern in my travels, but, since that is one skill I seem to completely lack, I didn't click through.

Uh oh, etsy is a dangerous place, too!

I was thinking about maybe finishing up a dalek with some radio-controlled car mechanisms... or going the easy route and just putting him on a roomba!
