well, here is their homepage. but the devices are more than a bit pricey. you could build one yourself... it's just a Tesla coil with a modulator. i wasn't able to find instructions for building one in a quick Google search, but i'm sure they're out there... and if you find such instructions, please give me the URL!

Yeah, they're a bit pricey... I figured I'd start looking at the YouTube videos that they didn't do, and try to trace back who did them and how. Looks like some university students did one, so that might be a good start. I'll keep you posted!

well, a Tesla coil is just a transformer with the coils incorporated into resonant circuits, tuned to oscillate at high RF frequencies. i don't know what they're using to modulate the RF at audio frequencies - it doesn't seem to resemble the modulators used in standard radio transmitters.
