So, I was just flicking thru Fran's copy of Time Out the other day, and what should I spy but ... 28 Oct, Koko, Swans. Yup, that'd be Swans, playing on Thursday of WGW. Now, I do want to go to October WGW, but there is no way I'm missing a chance to see Gira taking the stage in London

The Swans, fuck yeah! I've seen 'em a million times but that's still not enough. Is Jarboe touring too?

Nope, Jarboe not included this time, or so it seems. Tbh, Gira did say he'd never tour Swans again, and he has been massively vocal about how this is not the same band as the 80s. But it is Swans; he could have played as MGira if he wanted to.

Already got my ticket (and I mentioned it a while ago, too :D).

You might want to hear the first track to break cover from the forthcoming album, too. It's called Eden Prison, and it's a bit good.
