I've been reading the Our Worlds At War trades. They focus mainly on the S-shield end of things (which is fine, that's what I was researching) and so leave out a lot of what was going on in other books that did have and affect on/were affected by events. I always wondered about Guy's Warrior stint...

And, oddly enough, this page makes me think of that idea I have randomly floating around that the only reason why Ted and Guy ever hang out together is because they're both friends with Booster (or at least that either will admit to).

You should absolutely read Guy's solo series if you haven't yet! I mean, it's completely terrible and the Warrior powers are really stupid, but his character development in it is so freaking good. It's really where he went from being the jackass he was in early JLI to the loudmouthed but rock-solid dude he is now. Also it has Guy/Bea sexings :D :D :D

And yes, I firmly believe Ted and Guy can only be in the same room without killing each other is if Booster is there as well. Or maybe Tora.

Ted and Guy really don't get along well without a buffer. And a lot of people don't actually work as a buffer.

But Booster does seem to like Guy more than Ted does, it's true.

I don't think I've ever seen Ted drinking at Warriors without Booster....
