Lord, Generation Lost just keeps on bringing the awesome. GAVRIL. GAVRIL IS CREDIT TO TEAM. Also: you'd think by now I would be conditioned not to go "holy shit, what" at the last page of the issue, since this series *loves* doing that to us, but I totally did.

Speaking of BatB, there are rumors swirling that there's a Blue&Gold episode that hasn't been aired in the States yet. No confirmed proof, just one guy's word and a very thorough synopsis floating around on +4ch. I want to believe, man.

JLGL#8: LOVE this series and this issue was a lot of fun. The only downside was Tora but that's supposed to be addressed soon. Booster was in command, RR was awesome and Max continues to be a magnificent bastard.

Time Masters Vanishing Point #2: More cute daddy Booster and little Rip. Some of my questions regarding the Time Stealers are addressed. I think this issue pushed me from "couldn't careless about Hal Jordon" to loathing him. Oh and the cover doesn't quite lie. There are tentacles!

Longer thoughts are here, but basically: JLGL was quite good, and TMVP is #874 on the Reasons Why I Want to Punch Hal in the Face List. HAAAAAAL. *shakes fist*

God yes. I always had a feeling that I wouldn't like Hal if I read more material on him but he was flat out annoying.

I didn't think of older Booster but that is a good suggestion. Black Beetle? I'm not sure if we'll get his ID. I guess I just expect more build up of clues before he's unmasked. I do think it's interesting that he's being built up as more of Rips' enemy than Boosters'.

Well I think it could be an older Daniel but I doubt that's what Jurgens is going for. But I'm curious who the voice Supernova was talking to is. Rips' mom perhaps? Don't they talk about finding Booster and Rip?
