Yes it is!! He was looking mighty snazzy, too. Too bad he sucks at dressing himself.

Also I love how Booster has to wear white to stand out. Whore.

I'm really just commenting here because every time I see the panel in the first icon in your samples I imagine Ted asking Booster why he's wearing Ted's underwear and I had to get that out of system.
