Countdown crossovers and (approx) Timeline

Jun 06, 2007 10:44

Yes, I'm a great big comic geek.

And this is where I'm going to be trying to work out all the Countdown stuff : timelines, how/where everything else crosses over, and what goes where.

Countdown : Quarter One )

comic stuff, countdown

I don't know if you've missed anything, but this has been helpful to me. Thank you.

I'm gonna be updating it every week (hopefully) and adding to it as we go along. It just made sense to get things started now before things got real complicated later. I've tried working out reading orders for stuff before when they were near the end and gave up in disgust. :)

Nice icon!

Actually, thinking about your icon reminds me that I really must go back and re-read JLA 0 now for clues again.

*grin*

Also of note, Mister Miracle, the Female Furies and Darkseid also appeared in the last few issues of Firestorm, and Orion was seen on the very last page of Mystery in Space.

Ah... didn't know the Mystery in Space one, so that'll be added for sure. Ta!

It's Countdown.

It's weekly.

It's lasting for a year.

So...no!

...Wow. Something that makes less sense than the whole Avengers/X-Men/Decimation/Civil War storyline(s) on Marvel. Might be because I only recognize about half the characters and don't even know them that well. All I know about DC is that if you pick up a random male superhero and replace the "-man" at the end of his name with a "-girl", there have already been five of them and none of their back stories make any sense.

DC leaves me going "WTF?" But I'm still going to start reading Supergirl in August, because the concept art is shiny.
