After vacation something finally geared up in me and said "Time to get in shape, lazy boy." This is the 4th week I've been going to the gym 3 times a week and exercising.. so far I've missed one day, lost a bunch of fat, and vastly changed my exercising heart rate ( Read more... )

Good for you!

I'm going on 3 months of 3x per week pilates/yoga. I'm making progress but it's slow.
