what does art mean to me...

hmmm...

it means - escape from the real world, being able to express myself in anyway that i can, letting out my feelings towards anyhting that has happened, and making everything feel better...

so to say
it is beauty
it is hatred
fear
lust
movement
danger
excitement....
a way of being everything that you are by seeing what you're not

it means to ME that everything is ok
that tomorrow is still behind tonights sunset
it means life goes on.
people dissagree, argue, kill even
it's a way to keep a grip on reality, by allowing me to have my head in the sky

it's like a baby
something that is nurtured... it grows, it's loved and hated, sometimes spanked
but it's hard to let it go
because it's a piece of you
and sometimes you can't feel complete without it

i don't....
feel complete without art.
