The kind where the person doing the humming doesn't particularly care about rhythm, key, pitch or melody. Selphie's humming for the sake of humming and her perpetually good mood of the past week

[Not a chance. Selphie uses her speed to her advantage as she beats him to the front door and looks up at him with a challenging look before smiling sweetly.]

Cookies and pastries do seem to be a pretty big hit at the parties. The more, the merrier!

This place can be a dump sometimes, but everybody sure can throw parties!

[Kazooie, honestly, can get behind these parties... even if they're for really shallow reasons. It suits her, she's a shallow person.]

A lot of people who have been living in the village for awhile come out to them as well. It's a great way to meet new people.

New people? [She'd glanced over the Guide, of course...] They come here every once in awhile, right? That's why I keep seeing so many new faces on the dumb journal thing...

And you throw parties for 'em every time? Awesome! You got your priorities in order.

Yep! Every couple of months, we get all sorts of new faces.

It makes this place a little easier for everyone.
