Third Draw - Selphie's First Hangover [Voice]

[Ssssh, just assume this appeared this morning. I only got the chance to post this now.

Selphie's speaking pretty darn quiet this morning. She's feelin' pretty darn rough right now. Feel free to be mean and shout at her!]

If this is what a hangover feels like, I don't think I want another one. I wanna curl up into a ball and die right now.

[Terra smiles and takes the offered muffin.]

That will have to wait until winter returns, but at least the lake will be warm enough to swim in, soon. I hope....

[Aw there's that pout again but it doesn't last for very long.]

Bummer! I love the winter! We should organize a great big snowball fight or a winter festival!

A...winter festival?

[Terra peers at her, curious.]

What would that be like?

We could do all kinds of winter related things. We could play hockey and go skating and build snowmen and have snowball fights and all sorts of fun things that you can do in the winter!

[And it makes Selphie miss home a bit but it's okay.]

[Terra nods, looking as though she's jotting down some mental notes--which is likely.]

I think I heard someone mention hockey before, but I've never seen that game.

[A future partner in crime? Selphie's scurrying away for a few moments to grab a piece of regular paper and a pen. When she comes back, she's gonna drawn a large square with a line in the middle. She'll draw in the rest of the rink, the puck and players as she attempts to explain it.]

Okay! This is the hockey rink and these are the goals. They're guarded by two people called goalies and there's one for each team. There's also other people from both teams trying to score a point by shooting a puck into the goals. You have to try and score as many points as you can in a certain time frame against the other team.

[Terra listens intently, trying to absorb it all. She nods slowly.]

That makes sense...I think. It sounds simple, but it hard in practice?

[Anybody in their right mind would not give Selphie a hockey stick. Selphie laughs sheepishly.]

Well... you do have to play with a hockey stick and learning to skate can be tricky so... it is kinda hard to practice.

[Terra frowns a little.]

Skating? Oh...I've never tried that. I saw some people try that over the winter, but I couldn't figure out how they managed to stay upright.
