NaNo 2013
Alright, writing friends! I'm psyching myself up because I reaaaaaally want to do NaNoWriMo this year, but I'm torn between two ideas. One is a sequel to the novel (Quest) that I wrote in 2010 (and still love!) The other would be a brand new idea with brand new characters (see tag). You could try writing a thing where they all meet and have to do...something...together? I don't know if that would actually help you choose, but it might help you get to know your new characters while still playing with your old ones?
Maybe think of the last thing in the world one of your characters would want to do, and then make them do that. And then repeat for all of them, and see how all of those things could be one thing or part of one thing.
