So, so, so, this post was inspired by Leng's comment on Chatzy that she envisions book characters as cartoon characters....So I started thinking about my cartoon casting choices....It was alot of fun!

This is sooo cute!!! XD I don't know why I have a tendency to imagine them as animated characters; that's why looking for actors/ actresses to play them is usually a painful process for me. ^^

Aladdin and Jafar are such perfect choices for Gen and Nahuseresh. And Genie as Karon? Lol, that's really funny. I sort of imagine him as more scary looking, but that probably has something to do with all the fire and lava around him. Lolol, Adela! I really do wonder what happened to her. Mulan as Nico? I can imagine that... black hair, pale skin, small frame, and fighting the misconceptions of society about her.

I'd probably take this idea sometime and post my own version. XD But I'm crazily busy at school, it may be a while. ^^

Haha, I don't know why I thought of Genie the moment I read about Karon, I think Karon's great, though, I love the part in SE when Eli is in the Dead Mountain, and Karon was being to Eli what Gin is to Miranda - a sort of sounding board and voice of caution...so cute! I wish he would talk to Eli more often, Eli could use it.

I was going back and forth about Mulan as Nico, I thought of her because she is a fighter like Nico, but I found that picture of Mulan cutting her hair with a sword, and I decided, yup, that'd be Nico! And the more I think about it, the more I like her as Nico :)

Aw, I hope you do get a chance to do this! It actually didn't take too long, I already had the characters in mind, all I had to do was get the pics. I know about school, though, it's no fun!

Wow, Books, this is fun!! :) I like Jasmine for Soraya, and she does look ready to have a huge hissy fit - where's Abab with his water when you need him????

Prince Eric is great for Strell! Much better looking than any other real actor I've been able to find .....

Ummmm, Ariel looks right, but that picture makes her look sweet and quiet, and that is not how I would describe Miranda .....

And I'm still trying to decide on Belle/Mel. It could work, but, I think it's 'cuz I already have a real actress in mind .....

And the wicked stepmother is great for President Coin - even with the weird hair.... "Is it a wig - or is it real????" :)

I know! I love Prince Eric for Strell! He has a great smile, which I imagine Strell having, too. And Miranda can be sweet and quiet - Look at the picture again....she is quite obviously listening to what those blades of grass are saying!

Yeah, I went back and forth about Belle/Mel, too, I like her hair. And her face is the right shape.
