I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS POST. EVEN THE THINGS I DON'T AGREE WITH? I LOVE THOSE TWO.

Nigel is my fictional boyfriend on the days Sweets is too busy. He needs to be made regular, seriously. If only for the sake of Hodgins, he's the one he likes best. And for my sake!

Sweets totally wants a twosome with Booth, doesn't he? I've been saying this for half a season. Lovely.

THERE HAS BEEN SO MUCH EVIDENCE FOR SWEET'S REPRESSED CRUSH ON BOOTH THIS LAST HALF SEASON. BEFORE IT WAS THERE BUT IT WAS TINY

I guess I disagree mainly about Jack/Angela still being OTP but that's just me and my anti-Jack/Angela mood of late (maybe because I'm too busy shipping Jack with Nigel -and to a lesser extent, with Sweets and Cam).

Also, DO NOT THINK ABOUT THE RACISM, IT WILL BREAK YOUR MIND. Bones is made of lollipops and fluffy clouds and apple-candy, try not to think about the CULTURAL FAIL (the Japanese episode still hurts me).

And I forgot to comment but OMG I PISSED MYSELF LAUGHING AT THE GORMOGON META-REMARK. Oh show.

I was just randomly rewatching the first season of Star Trek and I've come up with Brennan=Spock; Booth=Kirk. I was also trying a Prince of Tennis analogy but alas, no such luck. Bones obviously contributes to the loss of my brain cells. THAT'S HOW GOOD THE SHOW IS.

christ this was long. i found the ep so overall boring lol fjksdjf. like. i kept zoning out. i enjoyed the little things they threw in (aka sweets singing, zack cameo) but god. the actual plot was so bizarre. also i gotta say, SO SICK OF HEARING ABOUT THE GRAVEDIGGER. I CAN'T EVEN REMEMBER WHAT IT WAS ABOUT. SOME GUY WHO CHEWED BONES OR SOMETHING I THINK.

also as a finale it did not compare to the horrifying grey's one. thank you grey's anatomy for making me sob hysterically.

dfjskfjqskfjd I HAVE SO MUCH LOVE FOR YOU AND THIS POST. Especially the Restless analogy, because some aspects of this Bones ep also made me go 'whuh??'

Also I would like to note that Booth's ideal world is also one in which he *cough* openly acknowledges his fondness for Sweets. Just saying.
I gleefully noticed that! (Sweets/Booth FTW!!)

okay, can I just say that few things have ever been sexier than the way Mr. Nigel Murray touches his face at this moment, HOLY CRIPES. And also please will you check out the way Jack notices
It was hard not to notice! Damn, Mr. Nigel-Murray, just damn. :D (Hodgins has chemistry with everyone, but especially with the new ducklings.)

I love the episode so much. I loved what Booth did to all the characters--Angela has no concept of 3 dimensional space?! :D I took that to be the part of Booth's unconscious mind that was making the world not fit properly with the real one. Like, he knows that Sweets was in a death metal band and yet has him sing adorable pop music in the dream. Hodgins is NOT a scientist--he makes stuff up. Mr. Nigel Murray doesn't keep spouting facts and is kind of dorky-cool. Brennan and Jared are weird inversions of their normal characters to suit Booth's feelings and anxieties about them. Cam is all business, which is funny considering their past. ZACH! OMG! The line about going to prison for a crime he didn't commit ( ... )

More info about Persians although yeah Wikipedia is not always a good first source--the article seems well written in this case. :D

Iranian is a Nationality, as to Persion which refers to the entire peninsula. Also interesting is that his Muslim Identity was dropped in a way that made him appear a lot more worldly.
