This is nuts. How the hell do I go from outside to stuck in a room with two other people? Jeeze...does this kinda thing happen all the time here?

The Animus work in mysterious ways, I'm afraid. And yes, these "events" happen usually every other week. We cannot stop it, but sometimes random people are not affected.
