It's called "Running Far Away, Back to You" by DJStroake. It used to be on grangerenchanted.com, but it's been taken down for some reason. It's not on fanfiction.net either. Sorry, I liked it too, and I was hoping that it would be finished, but I think you're out of luck unless the author re-posts it. :(

This definitely sounds like an interesting read! I came to the Charlie/Hermione party recently, so I missed this one. Did you have any luck with the author at all?
