I really like the "Plans" in this chapter, they all seem to be about Colin figuring out how to stop caring about Bradley, and realising it's not possible. Then that kiss! He's got no self awareness, that he actually wants Bradley, and I love the way you describe his thoughts during the kiss as being so detached. Oh, and this line:

“He can’t, it can’t take that long,” and with a nervous smile and heavy implication, “I can’t um give him er that.”

That line! So real, I could hear it out loud!
