It’s finally complete! I would like to thank all of you that have stuck by me in this first labor of love and I hope the ending lived up to your expectations. All your lovely comments have encouraged me and given me the confidence to stick with this story when I was ready to give it up as rubbish and it has been massively appreciated!

So Beautiful, you made me weepy! Not an easy resolution, but I love the little girl crawling out to Arthur and Arthur helping those Uther condemned. Also how more mature Merlin appeared to Arthur in his room--and Arthur's hug dispelling the last taint from Merlin *tearing up again just thinking on it* Lovely!

I wondered about how to portray Merlin at the end but I figured everything he and Arthur had gone through would make them grow up pretty quickly. Maturity through adversity and all that. Besides a toughened, scarred Merlin just makes my mouth water :D

This was wonderful. I loved that Arthur finally saw the error of his ways and that he did everything possible to make sure no more innocents died. Loved how Merlin had finally forgiven him and that they are now back on their path. Great job. Loved it.
