Whoah, that's cutting it incredibly fine! They filmed it one week before it airs? Amazing; I would have thought they had much more prepared in advance, given they've been filming for over two months now.
i think those first 2 months of filming were mostly for the overseas locations. most of the news i'd heard from their filming was them traveling to different locations. i guess they wanted to shoot that first, and then would start working episode by episode.
but i always assumed that most dramas were like that. i remember when hanadan 2 came out the cast would always be shown on set filming for an upcoming episode. the same for when coffee prince was being aired.
You're right, they did a fair bit of travelling around to film. Including to Auckland, where I live. And I didn't find out until about three weeks after the fact! I'm still bitter about that lost opportunity :-).
