Oh my God you guys! So last week I was listening to the two ladies on the radio talk about pie and that made me want pie and so over the weekend I bought apples and on Tuesday I made some pie crust and then last night I cut up the apples and rolled out the crust and put the apples in the crust and threw in some currants because I had them and why

I made one on Tuesday; rolled the apples in sour-cream, added brown sugar mixed with cinnamon, clove and mace; threw in a handful of raisins and topped it with crust number two.

My problem was that the bridge club ate it all and Dad was left with 1/2 a piece. Maybe someday we'll consider a recipe. Mom
