So, while I was "at home" (in Iowa) earlier this week, my mom introduced me to the smoothie she makes almost every morning, with blueberries, banana, goji berries, protein powder, almond milk (and a couple of other things?). We have smoothies for breakfast too. We have pretty much the same recipe each week with rotating fruit. I also don't really measure anything. Here's what we use...
Frozen banana
Frozen other fruit of your choice
Flax seed
Strawberry yogurt (it's always cheaper than vanilla)
Orange juice
