If my guess is right and this person knows what my old wand was made of... I'm going to guess dragon heartstrings.

Well you can learn a lot from books. I mean, fixing roofs is pretty hardcore, but study and observation make it a little more easy, yanno?

[He is a little curious though, staring at the box.]

[She laughs.] Hanna, trust me, you don't need to lecture me on how valuable books are. My only concern is whether or not I'll find anything that can help me. It's a very specific kind of magic, and I wouldn't want to do anything that would make it too weak or too powerful.

[She frowns a little as she looks at the box, obviously not comfortable with handling innards.] It... looks like what I would imagine gore to look like. It's dark red, probably because it's still soaked in blood. I don't know if it needs to be washed out - though dragon's blood is remarkable, so I don't imagine it would hurt - but, well... it looks like a piece cut out of a heart, if you've ever seen one. [She looks at the camera again, speaking to Hanna in a careful, almost stern kind of way.] Dragons are incredibly dangerous, though, so your partner is right to keep you away from them. Whoever gathered this must have either come across a recently-deceased dragon, or was foolish enough to slay one; thankfully, aside from Harry, I'm not close enough to anyone here

[She gives him a wide smile, excited by the prospect of possibly having her own wand again.]

It seems that way, doesn't it? [She looks back at the materials in front of her.] I just hope I can figure out how to put something together.

None whatsoever. [She sounds weirdly cheery, though; it's nice knowing that someone in this dreary place cares.] Hopefully someone around here can help me, though it's a bit of a long shot.

It is. I hope I can make it work, so the person hasn't wasted his or her time.

If my guess is right, dragon heartstrings. It's the only one of the three basic wand cores that it could possibly be.

I hope you will. [She notices how important having her wand back seemed to be for Hermione.] You made it clear you weren't a wandmaker, but that person chose to do it anyway. So I doubt they'd consider as wasted time whatever the outcome is.

That's what your own wand was made of? What are the three other cores then?

[She shrugs.] Perhaps this person considers wandmaking easy, or thinks that I'm intelligent enough to figure it out. I don't think either of those are true, but I'll do the best I can.

Phoenix feathers and unicorn hair. Harry's wand - the one he used at home, not the one he has now - was phoenix feather. Ron's was unicorn.
