I'm curious as to what you thought of Everything Bad is Good for You - the amazon page makes it sound really interesting. Did the author make a good case? Any particularly memorable arguments?

heh, I really didn't feel like writing anything about these books. ;)

EBIGFY's main points were that people are getting smarter as the years go by and so our pop culture has evolved with that (cites evolving complexity of TV shows), video games are good for problem solving skills but you shouldn't spend all your time playing them, and that people are reading less in terms of traditional media (books, newspapers, magazines)but not when the Internet comes into play, and that this is not necessarily a bad thing.

A Thousand Splendid Suns is amazing. Did you read Kite Runner previously?

I did read Kite Runner, and I enjoyed that as well. :)
