yeah when I had mine pierced I was surprised at the quanity of blood. Just make sure not to take it out to soon. I took mine out to early and it grew up.
Because of the risk of infection On one hand I can see their point, but on the other hand you have to sign a waiver agreeing not to hold them responsible if you get an infection. It seems like they should just warn you if you're nursing to be extra careful about infection.
i guess that makes sense. although the only precautions i've ever heard of being taken for any reason is that you're not supposed to get more than one piercing or tattoo within a certain period of time because it freaks out your immune system or something. and that makes sense. but if you have to sign a waiver anyway, then as long as the consenting adult knows the risk...why the hell not? it just loses business for them.
