I thought this book was the worst vampire series ever written.
(Boy, was I mistaken!)Almost two decades after writing The Hunger, Whitley Strieber decided not to write one but two sequels. Whitley Strieber is very obsessed with aliens and once told The Scifi Channel's (now Syfy) Sightings that he would not write anymore

I found the Communion books interesting in a weird kind of way, though.

It's that bad and worse. More than a hundred pages of this is just sex.

Hated it, hate hate hated it. I only got it because I thought it's like Christopher Pike's excellent series. I wish that would have been made into a movie.

There's a Christopher Pike book with the same title. Don't get them confused. This one is much worse.
